The glass-lined tank with an anode rod provides corrosion protection, while the 3-inch non-CFC foam insulation helps retain heat and reduce energy consumption. It has a factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve for safety, and the inlet and outlet connections are conveniently located on the side for easier installation in mobile homes. This water heater meets HUD requirements for manufactured housing and comes with a 6-year tank and parts warranty, as well as a 1-year parts warranty.
