It features dual 4500W, 240V copper sheathed elements for efficient heating, a mechanical thermostat for precise temperature control, and a PEX dip tube for durability. The glass-lined tank with an anode rod provides protection against corrosion, while the environmentally friendly non-CFC foam insulation helps to conserve energy. Factory-installed PEX polymer lined heat trap nipples and a temperature & pressure (T & P) relief valve ensure safe operation. Backed by a 6-year limited tank & parts warranty, 1-year labor warranty. Meets new NAECA 2015 Efficiency Standards.
